Established in 2002 Experience World was born out of the concept to offer quality experiences at competitive prices to discerning gift buyers.

The business is operated by it's owners who have a direct and relevant experience in the experience market and particularly our most popular catagory, driving. One director is an ex British National Rally Champion and still instructs on driving events on a regular basis. His links and qualifications with motorsport and event providers go a long way to ensuring that the right products are offered to our customers.

The gift market has changed so much in the last 5 years and with the steady growth of internet shopping, many buyers are preferring to stay at home and shop rather than battle to access overgrown shopping centres, queue for hours in stores as well as paying to park, and perhaps even a costly cup of coffee to break up the ‘chore’.

We operate a client account where the cost of your experience is deposited into a secure account and only drawn upon to satisfy that experience cost at time of activation. A number of other experience companies have fallen by the wayside because they do not operate such simple operating measures. These measures ensure Experience World’s continued solvency and it’s ability to invest and expand into the future.

You can shop online with Experience World through our 100% secure online server protected by Geotrust gateways ensuring total safety. We do not charge for telephone orders, whereas some of our competitors place charges of between £2.50 and £4.50 on top of your order value for the privaledge of talking to one of their telephone operators!

At Experience World we are proud of the fact that your call will be picked up by a human being with no push button selections to wade through. We are always delighted to hear from our customers and indeed our 2007 customer service survey identified us as the most helpful and friendly gift company emphasising why customers prefer to place orders with us.

Our commercial offices are located in an extremely picturesque area of Buckinghamshire and we welcome customers to our offices during business hours to collect their vouchers if they wish, however 2 hours notice is required for voucher collections.

We have an ongoing programme to ensure that our operator suppliers have been visited by a member of the Experience World team to check out safety and operating procedures so we know that what we sell is what you get on that special day.
